The company is selling the wind turbine and selling the product and the E power want to buy the product. Wind turbine is the device which is converting the kinetic energy in the electrical energy. The turbines are the one which is preparing the application for the battery changing and the power traffic signs as well. The company could use the energy generate in the any way and store the energy generated by the way of the batteries. Company would sell the unused power and in the market and generate the income through the wind turbine. It is plying the important role in the renewable energy resources.

There are various type of the wind turbines and the company would monitor the resources in the effective way. Horizontal axis the type of the wind turbine in which the axis if the turbine are horizontally placed. Three large blades are installed in the wind mill with the electric motor. In my opinion it would be stated that the both the companies are going through the problems, and they are facing the issue regarding the price and the delivery of the product. The company wants the product at the low cost and with the effective price of the product as well. The companies are also dealing with the problems regarding the expenses and the technical risk In the products (Magsaysay and Hechanova 2017).

 The products are the technical products which are affecting the cost of the maintenance and the repairing cost as well. So both the companies must look after the repairing and the maintenance of the product. The prices of the products have been decreased and the deals has been signed by the companies at the $1.2 million and the which would occur loss for the company at the $500000. Companies are coming up with the midpoint in which the repairing and the maintenance charges on the products would be adjusted as well. The quality of the product would not be compromised in the case of the increase or decrease in the price in the raw material (Burnes Hughes and By 2018).

Product would need the technical parts like the motor and the generators which are included in the product. So these machines would not work at any time and the products would be affected as well. So the repairing and the maintenance charges are affecting the both companies. But the changes could be shared among the both the companies. Wind turbines are the big products and it would need high maintenance and the investment of the companies as well.

At the price point of view the winwind is right and the at the maintenance and the liquidity charges E power is running and effective. E power wind turbines are running successfully and the products are reliable as well. E power has ordered the upto the 20 wind turbines. These 20 wind turbines are effective, and they are working in the effective way as well. Companies are also having the problems based on the currency of the price. Both the companies have settled the currency matter, and they are dealing in the euros for making the deal successful. The company would use the currency as the euro for making the transaction successful and for completing the work in the effective way.

Explain the BATNA

BATNA is the standing for the best alternative in the negotiated agreements. It is the tools which is used by the companies for the negotiable. It consists of the rules and policies which is signed by both the companies. Batna is made by the negotiating techniques, and they would provide the knowledge regarding the alternative solutions for the problems. The negotiating power of companies is identified and the Company would not come up with the reservation points as well (Bryson, and et.al., 2017).

In other word it would be stated that the Batna is the way In which the negotiation is one and the if the other person is not negotiating with the company term and conditions then the outcome would be decided by the Batna. Both the companies are same and rules and regulations are written and the alternative solutions and rules would be found. So the company would use the Batna for solving the problems in the effective way. Batna is taking the situation to the critical level and if the Batna could not solve the problems than the companies would not be able to solve the issues in between them. In Batna both the companies term and conditions would be included and the unfavorable terms and conditions of the companies would be removed. Agreements are better than the issues which are faced by the companies are choosing the way of the Batna for solving the problems.

The issues are related to the price of the product and relating to the time period of the installing the product which is wind turbine. So the company is preparing the product according it the demand of the customers and the E power company has demanded 20 wind turbines from the company (Al-Ali, and et.al., 2017).

These companies are dealing with the problems like the negotiation issues and both the companies are signing the deal on the own terms and conditions as well. So both the companies are not able to sigh the deal and these companies are using the negotiating tools which is generally called as the batna. Through the way of the Batna the companies would solve the problems and use the latest strategies as well.

CONCLUSION

From the report it would be concluded that the price of the product is included in the report. Winwind is the Chinese company and it is delivering the services of the wind turbine in the effective way. E power is the company which is buying the product from the company and has buyer the product of the 20 wind turbines in the effective way. These both the companies are facing the issue relating to the price of the product and the other charges which would be occurred in the product after sales. These other charge would include the charges like the liquidity damages and the repairing charges as well. The maintenance charges are affecting the price of the products and the company is looking after the price of the products which are fluctuating in the market and the companies would suffer the losses in the deal. Company is using the Batna to solve the issues in the company which would have the impact on the performance of the both the companies. Companies are dealing with these issues and using the third party for solving these issues at the initial stage. Batna is an agreement for solving the issues between the parties by the way of the agreements. Deals are generally signed in the agreements and the companies can keep the record of the deal with the term and condition.
