A merger is going to take place between your organisation and other operating at similar scale for the purpose of providing cost cutting synergies in staffing and shared costs

The CEO of your organisation is concerned with this fact as she is very well aware of the fact that 70% of change initiatives of this kind do not fulfil their original objectives due to the ‘soft factors
