Mostly, hospitality sector is benefited from it. It is because of development of opera system. It has been highly used in housekeeping services. It has allowed many facilities such as check in and out time, arrivals, departures, etc. it also helps in giving accurate forecast of bookings that has been confirmed. The most feature it contains is proper and effective allocation of rooms. This has useful in using the full efficiency of hotel so that high revenue can be generated. In addition to this, it provides reports such as discrepancy and status of rooms, front office check, etc. this has helped in increasing efficiency of staff as well as hospitality sector. Opera system also gives different reports such as status change, group check, etc. It has integrated overall housekeeping operations that have improved the service quality as well as efficiency of employees.
