As per the above given discussion it has been evaluated that training is effective in different terms 8 out of 30 people go with the option of attaining competitive age 10 people select developing performance 6 people go with enhancing productivity and  remaining 6 people go with improvising product quality as these all are effective terms which are 18 by providing appropriate training to the employees of firm. 

Theme 5:The different measures adopted by Marks and Spencer in order to attaining higher position at market place

As per the above one discussion it has been concluded that as a large business Enterprises it is essential for Marks and Spencer to adopt various measures in order to attaining higher position at Marketplace as to providing competition to their arrivals company adopt various measures such as hiring skilled people adoption of new technologies improvising production process developing variety of products and services these all are effective in achieving more profitable position for firm at market area.

As per the above given report it has been concluded that training is a fundamental need of each business Enterprises as to providing various opportunities to the form or its employees training is needed in different sectors such as Marketing department Finance Department sales department and production department Marks and Spencer is concerned on hiring new and fresh talent at workplace as to providing them training in order to developing their performance and productivity at Marketplace.
