INTRODUCTION

Communication play a very important role within organisation in the context of interacting as well as sharing information with others. Interacting within business means to send a message by using different communication channel such as television, word of mouth, internet, print media etc. In business association, it supports in making proposals as well as plans, executing decisions, reaching agreements and many more. Besides this, assignment has stated various system and models of communication are used in enterprise. Readers will also know about various process which are needed by organisation to communicate with stakeholders along with that also submit email, CV and letter. 

TASK 2 Role play

Spoken communication is an proper process to convey  data and information by using words of mouth (Al-Mahrooqi, 2012). This type of interaction is mainly needed by personal discussion as well as staff meetings. Conversation held within interviewer who is a client or buyer and Customer service executive are given below: 

Interviewer (Customer) – Respected Mam/Sir, I didn't get by goods or services within a given time as promised by receiver. 

CSE (Response) –  I am sorry for troublesomeness Sir. Let me check your request time. 

Interviewer (Buyer) – Ok sure sir. Please give me replay as soon as possible. 

CSE (Response) – Yes sir!! I had checked your request time, the reason of not fulfilling your promise of delivering a goods on time is due to stock problem as some of goods are damaged we will soon deliver your products.  

Interviewer (Client) – I literally don't care about your issues I just want my goods as soon as possible I can get. 

CSE (Response) – Yes sir, we are trying to solve the issue as well as I will deliver your product fast at lower cost also. Therefore, we will not charge any cost of your shipping. 

Interviews (Client) – Thanks a lot, Please kindly provide it fast it is very urgent for me. 

CSE (Response) – Sure sir, for further queries contact us.  

Interviewer (Client) – Thanks.
