INTRODUCTION

This report is based on the topic reflecting writing in which, I am going to discuss about my personal role in group presentation. Basically, reflective writing is an analytical practice which define real and imaginary scene and events to define the incident and thought of life. In this assignment I am a member of group who has present presentation on the topic of marketing.

What was my role

Group presentation is one of the best and essential part of my career growth and development. In the presentation I was play different roles and responsibilities which help me to easily define important of marketing to the audience who are setting in seminar halls. One of the most essential contribution to our group is my opinion which was help me to launch my marketing projects in a cooperative sprite. In the group presentation I have contribute my hundred present in different ways such as content material, ideas, design and induction of the visual handout, material, management of communication, planning of meetings and main role and duty in the delivery of effective presentation. I have also conduct a research and development programme where I am easily collect necessary information and data regarding the audience response about marketing tools and techniques. In the group presentation about marketing I was also play vital and effective role which help me to present presentation effectively and systematically.

Beside this, I have also collect different materials which support me to accomplish my personal and professional goals in an effective and efficient manner. Another role of my in preparing effective presentation was to develop different tools and concepts which help me to easily design proper presentation (BaÃ…Å¸er, 2012). My body language is also important part in the group presentation it includes my expression and movements that assist me in order to communicate all information in a proper manner. There are different kind of body language such as my eye contact, spatial and posture distance, facial expression, and posture. So that all these are important and beneficial for me to enhance my communication quality. All these roles are effective and important for me to increase my confidence and motivation level. Another role in the presentation was to generate a better questions and render deeper knowing of the marketing topic as peers I have various perspectives and opinions. Further main role and responsibility was respect the contribution and involvement of other speakers. I have carefully listen to the ideas and plan of other speakers. I am try to stick to the speech topic. As a role of leader in the presentation I was treat other with considerations and respects. I am capable to involve entire participation to involve in discussion. As a role and responsibility of follower I do not have an individual and personal view on the matter of discussion. So above discussed all roles assist me to increase my skills and knowledge about specific subject. I have another role in the presentation was communicated all information about marketing effectively which was support me to attract large number of audience easily.

What went right

In entire group presentation I was play vital role because I gave my thought and opinion in front of number of audience towards the marketing concept of the company. Along with this, I also lead my team as well as group at the time of presenting presentation. Our team coordination is much better which help me in effectively communicate with my audience at the time of presenting my thoughts. In addition of this, my attitude is also good which make me more confident in whole presentation. It directly affect the audience to listen my information about the marketing concept. In consideration of this, I got lots of appreciation from my co-parterres and audience as well. One of the best point is my presentation is that I am add some stories within my topic. With the help of this, my audience are feeling enjoy and comfortable which direct affect my mood and I was easily interact with my audience. I also ask various questions from audience during my presentation in which I easily grab their attention towards me. I also tale soft brakes within the whole presentation that assist me in getting audience's attention back. Mainly, I was concentrate on my speaking style and way to delivering presentation so that I easily maintain better relation with my group members and audience (Belz and Peattie, 2012). Furthermore, I also put my efforts in my presentation like I conduct appropriate research for collecting as well as gather authentic information which help me in increasing my skills and knowledge in relation to marketing concept. The best activity of mine during in presentation is that our language is appropriate which may helps audience to effectively understand my information of the marketing. I also feel more comfortable at the time of presenting my presentation because of my group partners and me having better coordination among them. It is my best strength in which I easily communicate with my audience. My time duration is also appropriate in which I easily present my views and opinion in front of audience in order to provide them proper knowledge.
