Critically assess the application of the theoretical concepts & principles from operations management in order to help reduce waste in a department or process of your choice. Also Include a consideration of performance advantages of the waste reduction.
Consider waste as defined by Lean production. You have to start your piece with the consideration of concept of the waste, main sort of the waste found & which performance objectives they effect on.
