INTRODUCTION
The term facilities operation management is that strategic area of business which works as to bring quality in the operational working of firm. This is need to be done in order to gain sustainable advantage. The one of the main reason in order to facilitate effective and efficient management is that, the customer and employees are most important assets. In this term, things are need to be effectively managed. The present report will discuss the activities of McDonald's. It is the global leading brand (Cavdur, Kose-Kucuk and Sebatli, 2016). This firm is engaged in food sector. This firm is taking various initiatives in terms to meet out the need and wants of customers. In addition to this present report will discuss the working as how McDonald's is managing its facilities and operational responsibilities so that they are able to survive in this competitive world.
