Topic- Project on Ethics and Codes of Conduct Report

Note: select an appropriate case study in relation to ICT, that can be from Engineering sector or can be from the list. Case study will be complied of event or also from the occurrence that is related to code of conducts or ethical issues. For example: any article in newspaper in relation to disposal of toxic waste that can affect the environment.

It is required to research in relation to the topic chosen. All such research material can be taken form books, news articles, publication, research paper. With all the major analysis and judgements in relation to the industry sector and also through the professional code of conduct try to cover the two-case study for the selected topic with their general comparison and by evaluating their purpose.

For instance: “Disposal of Hard Disk when content still exists on it”.

• Is there any professional and ethical code of conduct for a task?
• At the time of disposal is ethical and professional codes taken into consideration or not.

Marking Criteria of Report:

This is an academic report which requires proper referencing and formatting. The marks in the report will be given on given criteria:

1. Referencing

• Requires at eat 5 references for document.
• There must be a relation between references with the analysis of topic, content, content organisation, content presentation and professionalism.
• Style of referencing would be Harvard.
• Referencing should be Inline.

2. Length of the report

• The maximum word-limit is 4000. 10% variation is allowed.

3. Format of report.

• Use Arial font, size 11, line spacing 1.5
• Report must include following:
• Title and title page
• Executive summary
• Table of content

4. Introduction 

• Body
• Conclusions
• References

The candidate is free to style the document in the different ways. Marks will be given on the basis of professionalism. Refer to the learning guide for the marking instruction.

Provide judgement with the analysis of the generated outcomes and relate it with the professional code of conduct of the field related to it.
