Without proper management in company, their will be no chance of effective operations and it will fail in achieving goals and objective. In general term, this state that entire firm should be overseeing and supervising of business operation as well this field include finance, marketing and accounting. Manager and leader play important role managing entire process of administration. This assignment is based on The Imperial Hotel, London which have 500 bedroom, 1000 people conference facilities, 3 bars and 4 restaurant, leisure centre with swimming pool and 12 conference rooms. Along with this, same hotelIt is 4 star and they are operating 25 more hotels in United Kingdom. It is well known and famous international brand chain. Main problem in this is that leader and manager both are not their work in proper manner. As above mentioned, these two play important role in the given hotel if they don't do work in proper manner it will give impact on image in market. Because of this; employees turnover is increasing and customers are not satisfying this is giving direct impact on brand name of company. Thus, below mention are several measures which are taken by new manager in Hotel. So their will be improvement in current working of enterprise.

They are offering several facilities such as like 12 conference room with having capacity of 1000 people at a time, 500 bedroom, leisure centre with swimming pool, 3 bar and 4 restaurant many more. In hospitality industry customer satisfaction play important role because when some is spending their hard earned money for something then they want better services in return of that. Manager and leader is important part of organisation they both manage and control entire activities of business. If they don't work in proper manner their will be several problem which arises and gives impact on working of enterprise. Thus, management of association should be proper and in such manner that they can achieve goals and objective in effective way.

Improper management is increasing personnel turnover ratio which is giving impact on sales performance and satisfying customers. Satisfaction of guest play vital role in hospitality sector if they are not happy with services then they will give negative feedbacks to other which affect business in many negative ways. Along with this, there are several other problems also HODs of department are hiding drawbacks of their department because their incentives are based on working of the same. For generating high amount of incentives Head of department is doing such practices. When new manager Pater Farnsworth join Imperial Hotel they do survey and find several other problems also like that there is no proper monitoring in house keeping if rooms are not clean then guest not feel going while staying in hotel, kitchen which is important part because they supply food in entire Hotel if it is not cook with proper recipe than proper taste will not produced, reception is that which provide information related to many things to customers. If all these things are not managed in appropriate manner that gives result on brand image, customer satisfaction, loyalty of clients, generating revenue and many more .
