INTRODUCTION

It can be said that feedbacks play an important role in developing and improving performance of students. This will help students in better learning in order to improve their knowledge and skills. The report is based on aims and objectives which are to provide positive feedbacks on work best to develop students’ performance level. The main objective of achieving success towards student’s learning will be discussed in this report. Different types of methodologies used in this assessment associated with literature review to justify the impact of positive feedbacks on student’s performance are explained. Professional debate and peer discussion is also included with own practice on the topic in order to evaluate benefits of changes made to own practice. Importance of case study as well as recommendations and conclusion is provided at the end of report which will help to assist topic effectively.

“The main aim of this research project is to identify the potential impact of feedbacks on students’ performance in order to assess their performance level”.

Objectives: Objectives are in a mixed up form which will help to assist positive and negative impact of feedbacks.

Rationale of the study

In this project, the main focus will be on students’ performance which is influenced by feedbacks in terms of positive or negative impact. The project will help to understand importance and value of feedbacks in order to improve and develop performance of students that helps to assist better learning effectively. The main reason behind delivering feedbacks to students is to provide information regarding their own performance level which will help them to assess weak areas that required improvement and development efficiently. In addition, this will also help to improve their skills and knowledge regarding learning assessments to provide quality performance in their individual tasks.

Methodology

Research Philosophy: Research philosophy helps researcher to develop understanding over title which is ‘The influences of feedback on student work performances’. There are total four types of research philosophies but mainly, only two are considered by researchers in order to assist deriving solution. These are positivism and interpretivism effectively. Both help to analyse information regarding topic.

Research Design: It is the base for the entire research process as assist the scholar in making blueprint of information which is available with the individuals. There are different types of research design such as descriptive, analytical exploratory and cross sectional. Descriptive research will help to assist information regarding topic.

Research Approach: Research approach is a tool which helps to determine project effectiveness in terms of techniques added, information and data. It is based on two styles such as deductive and inductive effectively. Deductive approach is used in this project by researchers in order to assess behaviour of students.

Sampling: It can be said that sampling is one of the most important parts of research process that in this, researchers aim towards a group of students to conduct research information.
