By this the company have attracted many customers as the corporate companies only gives their legal cases who have online existence and to whom they cam communicate online(Gustafson, 2012).

All of such aspects are required to be done for making a project successful and enhance the operations of company. Henmans LLP provides legal services in UK and is a small company. The project management plan if formulated by the internal managers of the company consists of the following significant aspects which are discussed as under:

  • Scope of project: The project that is undertaken is based on digital technology , which has a wide scope in the modern world because of so much involvement of the social media and engagement of internet in daily life of people. Use of digitalisation includes the utilisation of various tools and thus declines the operational cost and in turn increases the profitability of company.

So, according to the project it has been concluded that digitalisation can assist company in attaining competitive edge and increasing profitability by gaining large share of market.

The researcher has faced many issues in undertaking the research for various aspects. They have formulated proper plan for the removing such issues related to them. At the time of research I had very less amount of money for efficiently undertaking activities(Polonsky, and Waller, 2014). The researcher have conducted research on 30 respondents and gathered the primary data from their, the researcher has also used secondary data in the research process so that the accuracy of information are declined.
