With this, one can lead to improve their operations in business.

Also many areas of business has been improvised by adopting the technology in the accomplishment of every procedure which is involved in various department of the consultancy firm. They have seen many benefits and advantages which is gained with the implication of this advanced technology. There has been observed a great increase in the effectiveness of the promotion strategies which are implemented for promoting the firm at the global level and also the efficiency of completing every task has been increased along with that the complex structure of working has been simplified and along with that the effort is reduced. Also, there were many requirements which were associated with the adoption of digital technology that were training of employees was necessary along with that more advanced devices were required fro handling new software apart from that more skilled employees were needed in order to provide an idea of the complete usage of the software in their every strategies in order to make in more effective and efficient. Also most of the employees of the firm were in the favour of adopting digital technology and ranked the agreeableness as the highest. Along with that there were many problems which was associated with the initial phase of implementing the technology.

Effectiveness and Efficiency of Sales operations of firm has been improved. They have adopted various technically advanced devices, techniques and have taken advices from experts for implementing this technology on developing more sales. Apart from that, digital technology has lead to result various outcomes such as accurate data related to customers as well as effective promotion of the firm. Also, they have faced many problems while implementing advanced technology in their departments. Such as disagreement among workers for the adoption of digital technology, poor technical knowledge of leaders as well as lack of guidance.

By conducting immense research on the selected topics. There many improvement or recommendation which was required to be implemented to maximise the impact of digital technology on the effective growth of the business. Some of the recommendation are provided below:

• It has recommended to Consultancy firm to implement the digital technology. As implementation of digital technology will assist business entity in providing quick responses to the customer queries. It will also assist an enterprise in improving customer services.
• Manager in organisation has been provided with suggestion to develop the suitable strategies for employing digital technology at workplace.
• It has also been advice to manager in a firm to calculate the cost associated with implementation of specific type of digital technology within an enterprise.
• In addition to this , manager is required to measure the risk associated with the technology. Consultancy firm has been recommended to use business intelligence system as a digital technology.
• The another type of digital technology which consultancy firm can use is social media. As this particular digital technology will assist business entity in promoting goods , services or brand. Social media will enable firm to facilitate direct communication with customers.

I have analysed that the impact of digital technology is very beneficial that supports the growth of business in the market and also provides innovative ways which can make every work to be completed on time as well as becomes more effective and efficient. Also, there are many positive aspects which are provided to the business activity as the strategies becomes more successful in practical implications. Advantages were like effective promotion in the market as it provides instant reach to the customers through various ways and also the effective analytics of data is being provided to gather various kind of information for any particular problem. As there were many problems which were associated with the introduction of digital technology in the organisation, it is needed to be resolved effective. Along with that various efforts are required for the adoption of new technology in a firm in order to accept it completely which provides effective transformation in the working structure of the consultancy.

This research included qualitative approach for describing the scenario which has been taken for investigation. Quantitative method would have been used so that one can get effective results as it uses statistical approach for analysing the whole situation.
