You are working as a trainee IT manager in the IT consultancy firm. This firm offers the services to many various organisations in diversified industries for implementing maintaining and upgrading the computer systems. The training programmes has been conducted in the premises to retrain and cross train the staff to acquire the new IT skills. The new client in an organisation is using computers in the various department, in which the computers were not connected therefore the lot of time wasted in duplicating the data entry and retrieval. So, the client has asked from you to train or retrain the staff skills in utilisation of information technology.
The IT manager has given the assessment for educating the clients staff and the importance of utilisation of IT & also execute the efficient IT system.
