There are three types of factors can be influential for individual behaviour are stated as the individual group, the group, the organisation (Zingg et al. 2015, p.212). The individual is the main feature of the behaviour for any organisation. Incompatibility occurs when the need for the individual and the organisation, this may be the result of various conflict and frustration.
