1.1 Features of effective working team with Belbin's team role theory
In respect to increase team effectiveness, as per Belbin's there are nine roles categorised into three groups. These three groups determines in following aspect:
Shaper: In Marriott, shaper are people who make challenge to improve team performance. They possess dynamic and extroverted people who enjoying and stimulating with norms, best approaches, etc. to solve issue (Boies, Fiset and Gill, 2015).
Implementer: Implementer are those people who develop their part in the chosen business to turn ideas and opinion of team members in term of practical actions and plans. They are disciplined people who work in efficient manner to get successful results.
