Factors encourage business to indulge in innovation and creativity

According to Silverman (2014), innovation is considered a procedure that brings the best ideas into reality and leads a business to an impressive level of success. The creation of new values to the business is one of the key reasons that businesses are now more indulge in innovation and creativity. It also promotes coordination among different activities of business by enhancing a unique combination of innovation, creativity, idea, and knowledge (Massingham, 2012). Abrahamson (2010) has said that it also motivates professionals to access different sources and gather new information for further developments.  It also provides a strength to manage challenging situations in a better way and lead a business to an impressive level of success. Communication among members can also be improved through adaptation of innovation and creativity (Abrahamson, 2010). Learning and sharing lessons lead to higher competency. In order to accomplish creativity and innovation working, it is also necessary for businesses to understand the cultural aspects of society. Improper learning of cultural elements may influence business in a negative manner and create conflict situations.

China culture and its influence

As per the view of Albanese (2010), Chinese culture is considered an autocratic culture and it is one of the reasons that innovation and creativity do not have any support from Chinese culture. China is having various developments in the information and technology sector but there is less acceptance of innovation. People are still more focused on traditional approaches within China (Albanese, 2010). It has been spotted that Chinese cultural factors are still the same as compared to the past 100 years. As per the above statements, it can be concluded that the Chinese culture is not supportive of innovation and creativity.
