This report reviews the working of the organization by assessing its current position and the short term and long term objectives. By investigating the internal and external influences the plan is prepared to develop the skills of management and staff. The effectiveness of the working and functioning of the organization is checked then the report also elucidates the possible options for the improvement (Saaty and Vargas, 2013). At last the final evaluation is done and the measures to improve the existing abilities.
