INTRODUCTION
In the modern era, Tourism sector is growing fast and contributing more to develop the economic growth of the nation. It is one of the best business for attracting, accommodating, operating tours as well as entertaining tourists in an effective manner. Government plays several roles or responsibilities for the purpose of maintaining heritage properties so that several number of tourists can be attracted. Visitors attractions is most important elements for tourist experiences as it will support in recreating a particular market (Karim and Chi, 2010). This assignment is based on Tourism Consultant in the VisitBritain that built the England's Tourism products such as National Maritime Museum, Greenwich Park and Queen's House. They focus on increasing value as well as volume of export tourism. This report will discuss the overlap and analyse the importance of visitor attraction. It will evaluate needs and motivations of tourists types and impacts of tourism on visitor attraction in United Kingdom. This will also analyse effects of different theories of tourist motivation on the management. It will also discuss the process and potentials issues in development of visitor attractions and analyse their management strategies. It will evaluate the various techniques for sustainability development.

It attracts number of tourists by promoting tourism products or attracting them towards place as well as locations of the nation. This is essential for developing growth rate so that government can take advantages and earn more by supporting travel and tourism sector (Barros, 2011). They focus on developing the country by increasing growth rates or GDP in an effective manner. Overlapping It is very beneficial for every firm as overlap play crucial role to achieve competitive advantages and sustainability development in more effective manner. Overlapping have major impacts on the environment because it analyse the customers and their particular choice or preferences so that better holidays or tour packages can be provided (Beritelli, 2014). It defines that every person prefer to visit any specific place or locations at various countries for particular purpose and also they want to satisfy their needs or demands in an appropriate way. Therefore, overlap is essential for generating more revenues or profits so that country can be developed in well manner. England is most famous place where visitors are attracted as they give first priority to UK for visiting purpose so that they can fulfil their desired expectations. Therefore, UK is developing fast because they are earning sufficient income as well as GDP growth within time period. Britain Government is considering the tourism organisations and supporting them so that they can operate number of tours and plans for trip at the UK. Theproblem of overlapping is underrated in tourism sector. Most of the visitors, who visit in London, has limit time. They want to see various kind of attraction like nature, modern buildings, historical places etc. In order to fulfil their desire they avoid similar type of experience. National Maritime museum is a historical place which contain various type of stuff of royal family. Queen's house is another historical attraction which offer similar experience to visitor by showing them Royal stuff (Bieger, 2014). The problem of overlapping start because of the similar offers from the side to two popular destinations. If a visitor visit Queen's house then he/she does prefer to visit National Maritime museum in because he/she knows that nothing new is present at National Maritime museum. Visitors attraction of the UK There are number of places available in the United Kingdom that helps in attracting huge audiences towards its various tourist destinations such as heritage, traditional place as well as historical places, Museums, Victoria house and many more so people enjoy better and get knowledge about any mysteries or other histories. UK government focuses on providing effective services or facilities to the visitors so that they can feel happy or enjoy in well manner. There are several places in the UK which government promote for better tourism and attracts tourists some are as follows; The National Maritime Museum This is the most famous and attractive museum which is situated in Greenwich, London, (United Kingdom). It is largest museum of the world so that more visitors are attracted towards this historic museum (Laesser, 2014). This has incorporates the Royal Observatory and Queen's House as well. Therefore, government play vital role in maintaining these places for inviting more people and attracts them for visiting such Museum. Greenwich Park It is a former hunting park and also one the highest single green place that is situated in the south-east London. It can be defined as the one of Royal Park of the London that enclosed in the year of 1433. it has covers around 74 hectares so people prefer to visit here for the sightseeing and feel relax on green place.
