Individual intelligence or effort of the member does not count in team work, as team work is the combination of efforts of different member of team. When its come on looking at team work in an organization of health care industry, Multi-professional teamwork is commonly found. The co-ordination which took place between the different professional of different discipline to achieve the objective of the team is defined as a Multi-professional team work (Clarke and Dempster, 2016).
