For this I used to take observation from my peers so that they would signify my ability to improve this aspect. Thus, I used to become more able in order to improve my skill by utilising various theories. Thus, for assessing competency I used to craft some objectives with define time duration in which they have to get accomplish. If they got failed then I identify that I need to work more on my time management skill.
