Introduction

Objectives of a business can be attainable by managing business activities by a proper and appropriate management in the business entity so it is essential is an essential element for the company to manage their people with the skills and capabilities for a position (Campbell and Reyes-Picknell, 2015). So they have to make a proper management in the organisation and as well as they have to make a process map which help to them to analyse improvements in their process. The below presented report is having focus on the organisational structure and improvements in it, SMART objectives and monitoring of the activities to ensure the quality standards has mate.

1.1 Evaluation the interrelationships between the different process and functions of the company

The ABC company is a recruitment company which using a flat structure of management which divert all the responsibilities of leadership and management on the owner which creates a pressure on them (Zott, Amit and Massa, 2011). As they are having management problems so it is essential for them to manage their business activities and employees in a proper way. Managing director of the company is having the top position in the company which are having a responsibility to make better working policies and make better decision for the organisation, after it they are director and operational & recruitment manager which are liability to manage their employees according to the working policies (Welch and et. al., 2011). At the last they are having different departments which are having their own responsibilities and objectives.

As the company is working the recruitment and selection process so they are having different departments which are having their own roles and responsibilities e.g. receptionist, data/ talent unit, documentation, secretary and recruitment co-ordinators so these all are connected with each other and they have to work with the proper co-ordination, currently they are not working properly which creating an impact on the business revenues and effectiveness to provide results to the customers. The above level management is not having proper control on them so it is essential for them to make a proper communication to resolve their issues and problems in between them.

1.2 Justification of methodology to be used to map processes of goals and objectives with a process map

As the ABC company is working to provide employment to those candidates which are having abilities to perform in the corporates so it is essential for the company to manage their employees in an appropriate manner which can help them to provide better customers assistance and satisfaction to their clients (Ward and Peppard, 2016). It is essential for the company to provide better job opportunities to those candidates which has applied to get a job in corporate sector. So they have to make an appropriate process of working which can help to them to make a proper analysis of the applicants, by which they can get a knowledge of them about their qualification, skills and interest. So they have to make a proper process starting from when they get an application or resume of a candidate till to end to provide a job to them. So they have to make a proper process which can help to the candidates to get a job by them.

In the first, receptionist has to collect resume and fill up a form by the candidate to get their basic information, details about them and after it they have to send them to data department when they collect this data in the computer system to make a proper record and give them a special identification code (Wahab, Al-Momani and Noor, 2015). In the further process, the next step would be documentation in which employees has to check original document of the applicants to ensure the authenticity of the applicant. At the last last they have to take an interview of the candidate by the recruitment officer to know their personal interest in a particular sector and about their skills. 1.3 Evaluation of output of the process and the elements required to build a quality gateway

As the organisation is working in the recruitment and selection process to provide better jobs to those candidates which are registered under them and as well as they are having a liability to provide better employees to those companies which are having a contract with them (Wach, 2015). As the ABC company is having different department which are having their own responsibilities, so it is essential for those department to give better results to the company as per their expectations. According to the process, they are having different round of the interviews and aptitude test which help to them to analyse the potentials of the applicants and as well as to analyse the skills of them to perform in the corporates. Most of the candidates are working in the big structured company and they are performing as per their skills and qualification which proves that company is using an effective process which is capable to deliver better results.

As they are having management and leadership problems in the organisation so it is essential for the company to make a proper management in between the different departments. As well as they have to make a proper communication in between the departments and as well as in to the different level of management which can help to them to make a proper process and reduce the consuming time in this process.

These all element can help to the company to make a quality gateway to provide better results as per the expectations of the applicants and companies which are having a contract with the ABC recruitment.

Goals and objectives of ABC Company to create better leadership for the company are as follows:

Management: There should be better management and the management should not take everything for granted and should listen to the problems of employees and try to give suggestions and make a fair judgement (Turner, 2016.).

Leadership: ABC Company should have better leadership towards their employees and they should control in positive way so that the employees doesn't feel demotivated.

Policies: Policies of the company should with reference to [positive impact in future so that the work in the company goes systematically and objectives could be achieved easily.

Operations: The operations of the company should be of long-term that will help the company to achieve their goals as soon as possible that will help the employees and top management to work effectively and efficiently.

Services and Facilities: services and facilities of the company should be given to the employees that will help them to fulfil employees needs and wants.

Environment: Environment are the main issue in every company so ABC company should have better working environment so that employees can do their work with full dedication and enthusiasm (Trevino and Nelson, 2010).

Coordination: There should be better coordination and cooperation between the employees and top management so that the work flows in a systematic way and objectives could be achieved easily.

Profitability: The company should create a better strategy to increase 10% profit within a year to survive in market.

2.2 SMART objectives and recommendations relating to the alignment of people and other resources, in an effective and efficient way

It is essential for the company to make SMART objectives which can help to them to make better performance, as they are having leadership and management problems so it is essential for the company to establish a proper management in the organisation by which they can convert their deficits in to the profits (Stark, 2015). Some of the SMART objectives are here which can help to them to improve their performance according to them.

Specific: It is essential for the team which are working in the organisation to make their own targets which can help to them to improve their performance. They have to make a proper internal management by establishing and improving their own personal communication which can help to them to provide better results and as well as it can help to them to increase their revenues by 10% in a year.

Measurable: Objectives which can easily measurable can help to the company to evaluate them self so they have to make measurable objectives so they have to increase their number of clients by 30% which can help to improve their profits.

Attainable: They have top set their targets which can be attainable by their team so they have to make short targets which can help to attain their different department's collective efforts (Snell, Morris and Bohlander, 2015). So they have to make a target to increase their market share by 20% in the six months.

Relevant: It is essential for the company to make a relevant targets for each of the departments and as well as for the company. So they have to increase their number of customers by short term targets.
Time bound: Time limitations are having a strength to built up a pressure on the employees and managers to make better performance as per the needs to fulfil objectives. So as they are having a target to increase their market share in 6 months so it can help to them to make adjustment in their business activities acco0rding to the remaining time period.

2.3 Implementation of appropriate systems to achieve business objectives in the most efficient way, on time, to budget

Appropriate systems to achieve objectives in most efficient ways are as follows:

Human Resources System: Human Resources are the backbone of every organization to control and also solves the problem of each and every employee that they are facing in the company. By human resources there will be proper motivation,training that are given to employees so that employees work with full dedication for the company. According to case study ABC Company was going through the problem of management and employees were not happy with the top management (Smith, Binns and Tushman, 2010). Human Resources are the only one aspect that can help the employees and make the management more appropriate and better way so that there is better relationship between top management and employees.

Financial System: The financial system of the ABC company was poor as they were doing more investments that created a huge loss for the company and hence they were not able to survive in market (Shenhar, 2015). For this the finance of the company should be controlled and investments should be done only when required that will help in the growth of the company and the top management should know that where to invest the money that will help in the up-gradation in the business and the company can use in some or other aspect that will create a better and profit in company for buying machines and other equipments that are required by the operations in that particular business.

Time Management: Time management is the most important aspect of every business and if every organization and individual does work by managing the time it will create a great impact in the growth of the company. Time management helps in making the work most efficient and systematic in nature that will create a huge benefits to the company as well as the employees working there.

2.4 Work activities meeting the operational plan through effective monitoring and control

Business activities can be arranged by the proper monitoring of the managers on their subordinates, as they are having a need to increase their performance and as well as they have to improve their management in the organisation by which they can manage their employees and departments in better way (Shaharudin and et.al., 2015). So they have to make proper management in the organisation which can help to them to attain their organisational objectives and as well as to convert their deficits in to the profits. So they have to make proper planning and monitoring to improve work efficiency of the employees. Moreover, manager have to increase the use of time management in their subordinates to accomplish their targets with in the time limits. So their managers have to implement their plan on these level which are given under here.

Strategic level: The top management has to use proper planning for the company and as well as they have to make proper business policy which can help to them to manage their business activities as per their target.

Tactical level: At this level managers has to make their focus on the day by day activities of the employees which can help to the organisation to improve their work quality as per the standards (Rosemann and vom Brocke, 2015).

Operational level: This is the lower level management on which all of the department are working so it is essential for the company to manage their work and as well as they have to make proper coordination which can be possible by the help of the managers.

Standards by Seniors: According to this the standards that are provided by the seniors plays an important role as the seniors are known about the standards of the company and seniors tell the present situation in which the company have to work to be in high standards and that standard can be made only when the employee have full dedication towards the work and wants to work according to guidelines then it will easy for the company to achieve higher standards (Riasi, 2015). If there will be a standard of the company then the work flow of that particular company will grow and hence there will be huge growth in the company and individual person as well and it will help in the creating a brand image of the company.

Self standards: Self standards are also made in which an individual person is placed in that type of job where he or she feels comfortable so that they could work effectively and efficiently to achieve the individual as well as company goal. Self standards are created to judge the capability of self that will help in creating proper functions towards their work (Rey-Martí, Porcar and Mas-Tur, 2015). Self standard creates an advantage for the employee and also creates possible outcome in their working style so that the work of the employee goes smooth and they can achieve the goal of the organization on time.

Quality is an essential element for the organisation to provide a better service for the customers so managers have to make their focus to built up a quality culture in the company. It is related to the values and ethics in the business activities which can improve their standard in the services which they are providing to their clients. According to the recommended changes they are making change in the leadership which can help to them to improve their rules and regulation in the organisation. Change in the business process can support to the company to improve their workings and as well as it can help to them to provide better assistance and results.

Risk assessment can be help full for the ABC company to provide a better working conditions to the employees which can help to the company to improve their workings and as well as their standards in to their business activities (Monczka and et.al., 2015). Many types of risks are available in the company which can hamper on their work so it is essential element for the company. As employees which are working in the IT department are having risk for the electric shock so it is essential for the company to ensure that their employees can work freely. So they have to make a proper assessment of the risks which are available in to the work place of the company.

Identification of the causes: Managers which are having an authority to provide better working environment have to make a proper analysis of the work place and identify on those points which can be cause of risk and accident.

Analysis of the risks:It is essential for the managers to make a proper analysis of the identified risks and also analyse their impact on the employees (Luning and et.al., 2015). It can help to the company to make precautions in it.

Effective implementation of solutions: At the last they have to make effective implementation of the problems and risk which can be help full the company to provide better work place.

Health and safety regulations and legislations that are applicable in specific work situations would be that the employees working in company should get medical benefits so that the work in the company doesn't get affected and by health and safety it will create more benefits to rise in the objectives of the company and the employees of ABC company will be benefited if some accidents happens with them (Kobersy and et.al., 2015). Health and safety are the main aspect for each and every employee that in the company they are working and they want their safety so that employees feels that the company is providing the facilities and hence by this the working style of employee will change because of these benefits. In every organization before joining the organization they see that health and safety are provided by the company or not. Health and safety creates improvement the working condition of employees as well. Companies provide health and safety insurance to the employees so that if any accident occurs then the company can take quick action to solve that particular problem.

4.3 A systematic review of organisational health and safety policies and procedures in order to ensure they are effective and compliant

As the organisation as a recruitment company so it is essential for the company to provide better working environment to the employees and as well as they have to apply all the legal healths and safety precautions in the company to ensure the well being and benefits to the employees (Ibrahim, 2015). So it is essential for the managers to make a communication with the employees to know their basic problems which are related to the health and safety. Managers have to mark on the issues which can be cause in the health and safety issues. As well as they have renew employees medical insurance yearly which can help to them to minimising risks and providing benefits to the customers as per the guidelines of the government. They have to make proper analysis of the factors which can reduce their effectiveness on the health and safety issues.

4.4 Application of health and safety policies and procedures in the workplace for ABC Company

Application of the health and safety procedures can help to the organisation to provide better working environment to the organisation so they have to provide better working environment via making communication with the employees (Goi, 2015). So in the first ABC company has to make proper analysis of the employees and their health and safety needs in the organisation. After it they have to provide medical insurance to all of the employees to ensure that company will provide all the help and support to them when they have a need (Gharajedaghi, 2011). After it they have to provide better trainings by which their employees can act in the accidental situations. To beware these situations they have to implement all the safety checks in the organisation.
