There are different types of motivational theories which are used by manager and leaders of organisation in order to motivate employee in order to perform different types of goals and objectives of organisation. Volkswogen is company is concerned with manufacturing of different types of luxurious cars for its loyal customer. There are various types of employee coming of various background of culture. The management of organisation need implement different types of function of company in proper manner. In this report it is explain about the influence culture, politics and power n individuals and team behaviour. There are different types of motivational theories and motivation tools which are used to motivate employee in order to perform different types of activities of organisation in proper manner. There are various types of initiatives taken by the management of organisation in order to attain goals and objectives of organisation in effective manner (Strongman, 2013).

Volkswogen is the company which deals to manufacture different types of initiatives steps in order to stand different types of rivals present in the organisation. There are different types of political conditions as well as changing authority of different types of authority in the organisation. Managers are the individuals who control and manage different types of work of organisation in proper manner. They put their effort in order to create an effective environment which helps to perform different types of functions of organisation in stipulated tome period. This aids to accomplish various types of functions of organisation in effective manner. By implementing different types of strategies which helps to maximise working efficiency of organisation. Dynamic environment of organisation helps to perform different types of task which is assigned by organisation in effective manner (Smith and O'Sullivan, 2012). This leads make proper collaboration between the employee working in the organisation and manger of organisation monitor the performance of different employee and also focus on to solve different types of issues and problems which are arises during performing various types of activities of organisation in proper manner. This leads to attain goals and objectives of organisation in effective manner. Culture of company is defined as the various types of rules and legislation which are used by the organisation in order to perform different types of activities of organisation in effective manner. The higher authorities of organisation implement different types of plans and policies which aid the various employee to perform different types of operations of company in effective manner. So far political condition is concerned it is related to the different process of company which leads to rise the conflicts among the employee working in the organisation. So it is very necessary for the management is determine about the power, culture and politics which impact on the performance of organisation as well as impact on the behaviour of different employee with the various employee working inside the organisation. Influence of culture: There are different types of employee coming from different culture and background. So it reveals that there is lots of difficulties arise during performing and coordinating various types of activities of organisation (Sridhar, 2011). Culture plays a significant role in order to maintain effectiveness in performing different types of activities of organisation in proper manner. The manager of Volkswogen ascertain different types of initiative which aids to define the culture of organisation to the employee working in the organisation. The manager of organisation guide their employee to perform their various functions of organisation as per the culture of company. It is duty of the manager is to create effective environment for the employee so there is less possibilities of arising any issues and they can perform different types of work in effective manner (Coe, 2013). This helps to maximise the level of profit of company in stipulated time period. Culture also includes about the different types of policies and plans which are made by organisation in order to perform different types of functions of organisation in effective manner. So in order to handle large number of customer company needs to recruit large number of employee and also provide different them effective training to them this aids to perform different types of activities of organisation in effective manner. So in order to handle and perform different types of activities of organisation manager needs to prepare different types of plan and strategies which helps to control and manage various functions of organisation. The manager and higher authorities of company conduct various motivating session and program which motivate employee to perform different types of activities of organisation. There are different types of motivational theories which are introduced by the manager which helps to achieve goals and objectives of company. There are large number of motivational theories among them some of are implemented by the manager and leaders of company (Davies, 2016). There are some selected approaches of motivation are describe below:

Maslow Hierarchy theory: Abraham Maslow is the professor of psychology professor which are proposed this theory in 1943 in his paper “ A theory of motivation”. His main motive is to determine the needs of person by analysing different types of condition and situation of the particular persons and also focus on to understand curiosity of different human. As per this theory it is explained the motivation ascertain by the individuals passing through the different types of stages of growth. It reveals that employee working in organisation are motivated by manager of Volkswagen this helps to attain goals and objectives of organisation. This aids to accomplish the target and also ascertain incentives by increasing sales of different types of cars. This helps to accomplish the personal needs of employee working in the organisation. There are different types of Hierarchical needs of the human beings which are describe below which helps them to achieve goals and objectives:

  • Psychological needs: This is the first stage in which manager needs to focus on to determine the different types of needs which are require to survive for its existence. If an individuals do not able to ascertain the psychological needs then he is to able able t follow the certain requisite criteria of company (Dubnick, 2012). So there are various types of needs which are comes under like air, water sleep, clothing and shelter.
  • Safety needs: When the individuals accomplish its psychological needs it is mainly concentrate over to ascertain security which helps to liver in proper manner. This leads to reduce the chances of losses. If there is rate of absences of physical safety which are due to natural disaster, financial fluctuations less of chance of working opportunities which result in the post of trauma disorder as well as employee faced the stress in performing different types of activities of organisation. There are different types of security which is wanted by employee working in the organisation like personal security, financial health, protection from disease and accidents are comes under this section.

  • Esteem: Status, image and respect from the other individuals helps the particular individuals to sustain healthy relationship at workplace . It is the psychology of the employee that they are not going sacrifice wit their ego.
