This report includes various purpose & functions of HRM as well as strengths & weaknesses of recruiting and hiring method. Besides this, advantages to human resource practices and its effectiveness in in terms of raising profit and productivity are include. Importance of good employee relation and key elements of employment legislation are also included. At last, application of Human resource management practices are defined in this project.
