East and West Care Home is situated in London and caters to care needs of vulnerable people. But the care home is facing some serious troubles. As a working member of health and care organization, my role and responsibilities are very important and essential and along with each and every working member of the organization I serve to enhance the productivity of the unit.

There services are not up to the mark and they are not as per the given guidelines(Norheim, 2014).
