INTRODUCTION
Health and safety is the main priority of every person as well as society in order to live healthy lifestyle. It can be possible through establishing healthy environment which are free from any diseases and health hazards. Thus, it also applied in an organisation as well so as to maintain health of every employees and protect them from any risk and accidents. The management are liable to make an effective plans and policies in advance so to ensure in maintaining health environment at workplace. NHS foundation trust is one of the largest organisation who expands their business to all over the world. It has operated two known hospitals namely as Staffordshire and Cannock chase hospital which consist approx. 350 inpatient beds. It as firstly founded in 1983 with named as mid Staffordshire general hospital NHS which was established in 1993. The present report is divided selected company in order to protect employees in working environment from any health related issues. Along with this, the project also highlighted monitoring and reviewing process of different safety measures with an objective of protecting society from any harmful injury and diseases such as obsess, or injured through slippery floor.

2.1 Data from risk assessment can assist in planing for individual care
As per the analysis and risk assessment, it is estimated that the positive results will be achieved by organisation in terms of caring of individuals and patients. It is analysed that the number of obese population in the UK is increasingly day y day. As per report approx 40%-70% of trusts are not following a bariatrics policy. These are the policies which related to lead the process of planing and assessment and management of manual handling risks and problems. It is seen that the staff members are not working in aligned manner. A proper staff control and action plan need to implement and provide equipments and tools for better operation and management. Intra agency communication need to implement and address the requirement of organisation (Granerud and Rocha, 2011).
Attribute risk factors are also detected by analysing the factors and problem. There is a lack of proper management and control subject to recording the transactions and retaining records of patients. It is required to form a new plan and structure for retaining the records separately related to building and vehicle design. Lack of supervision of action plans and procedures as per policies and plans are recorded with in the organisation. There was no specific policy was made in respect of required space for per patient. Lack of good ambulance vehicles with proper equipments and tools, as per risk assessment analysis It was recorded that 30% of ambulance are not having specialist vehicle and 33% of respondents are reporting pathless areas in the building. It is require to set a particular path and put hospital structure map so that patients be able to access in building. Communication is also one of the important barrier which occurs problem to patients to understand and access required information (Salvendy, 2012).
Information about health and social care workplace facilities is an essential part for providing, taking and getting effective services in the context of health and safety. It can be identified as an organisational decision making as well as individual care planning. In this information are data that can be gathered by risk assessment. It refers to the recognisation of hazards and potential severity of danger which outputting from each and every hazard, monitoring the risks, measurement the level of risk and reappraising the uncertainty. Thus information which is acquiring by risk assessment that can be essential for organisation decision making and individual care planning regarding procedures and policies of NHS. Risk assessment that covers:

Management of health and safety at work regulations (MHSWR) 1999 requires employers and managers to carry out risk assessment to abolish health and safety at workplace. Workplace regulation act 1992 defines the risk to health and safety requirement for better control and management. Manual handling operations regulations (MHOR) 1992 remain associated with the health and safety which remain associated with moving and handling patients for better control. Personal Protective Equipment at work Regulations (PPE) 1992 is one of the legislation which remain associated with protecting rights of staff members and patients2.4 Impact of non-compliance in relation with health and safety legislations (Badri, Nadeau and Gbodossou, 2012).
