INTRODUCTION
This project discusses the working situation in BBC company. The performance of employees is continuously degrading. Managers and leaders have taken some steps to improve the performance of employees, further, it discusses Culture, power, and politics affect the working of the organization, Content theory and Process theory, motivation of employees, incentive, recognition of employees for their performance, job safety, fulfilling their goals, provide them training different types of team, functional team, problem-solving team, project team, virtual teams, Tuckman and Jensen Model and effective team in BBC, path-goal theory of leadership and barriers to the effective performance of employees.
