INTRODUCTION
Communication is the process of where in sender has an idea,facts, message, information, opinion or emotions which he exchanges or transmit to the receiver by using various channels and receives a response or feedback in return of it. Effectiveness in communication is of vital significance so that work and activities could be performed on time with in best possible way. Although communication is to subject to various barriers which if not handled effectively hampers work efficiency and performance but communication in any situation forms the life blood of a firm.
This assignment will discuss about various communications models, systems, types of communications and their associated benefits. It will also give a brief about technology used for communication by a firm. Further it will explain importance of effective oral communications through a role play script and will also give illustration of effective written communication.

Oral Communication
Oral communication refers to communicating with each other by using different forms such as telephonic conversion, speeches, presentations, discussions etc. There is an example which shows significance of oral communication in organisation. This form is generally used by organization at the time of conducting meetings, group discussions, conferences and so on as it provides quick and spontaneous feedback. It enables management to maintain good interpersonal with its workforce and to remove their doubts and address their issues. Mentioned below is the illustration depicting oral communication:-
Customer Care Department: Hello Sir! Good Morning. My name is John. How can I help you? Customer: Hello! I am Tom from California. I have a serious issue to notify you about. Its been 5 days since I had placed an order of earrings that I have not received till no. The expected date of my parcel was suppose to be 2 days before and yet I have not got the delivery. Can you let me know the status of my order as I it was on urgent basis. Customer Care Department: Sorry for inconvenience Sir. As per our company's policies we make sure that our customer receives their order within three days from the date when they have placed it.
