Personal Mastery- In this element it is being clearly stated that all the employees being working should be time to time being recalled that means their may no be any issue in regard to working of a person in their exemplary field. Employees being working should be properly checked to know their capabilities of working and their areas which are needed to be skilled. As in organisational behaviour it is important that the capabilities of all the employees should be kept in mind and has to be regularly checked.
