INTRODUCTION
Change is an essential need of every organisation which drives them to achieve growth and success in competitive market environment. As the business environment is complex and contingent in nature which creates lots of challenges and difficulties in front of an organisation due to which their sustainability may comes in danger if the management fails to accept such changes. Therefore, an organisation should required to attained an effective management who are more capable to make an effective decisions and strategies in order to cope up with such changes in favourable manner. The present assignment report is based on Apple Inc. and Samsung Group which deals in providing electronics and telecommunication field. The project report described the impact of changes in the strategies and operations of an organisation. Internal and external drivers of change which affects on leadership, team and individual behaviours are also discussed under this report along with their proper evaluation. The project includes the different barriers for changes and leadership approaches which helps in dealing with the changes within an organisation (Anderson and Anderson, 2010).

Change occurred due to happenings occurred in business environment due to internal and external factors which creates of lots of challenges and problems in front of business organisation to operate its business in more effective and efficient manner. It makes huge impact on business operations either in negative or positive way. Such external factors includes political, economical, social, technological etc. which forces an organisation to adopt an effective policies and strategies to deal with their factors. In order to cope up with such factors, the company can get many advantages such as competitive advantage, new growth opportunities, development of innovation, increased efficiency etc.
Apple Inc.
Such company is an USA company which deals in designing, developing and selling various software, consumer electronic items as well as online services in the market place. It was founded by Steve Job, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne in the year 1976. The main products the company offered in market are Macintosh, iPad, iPod, iPhone, Laptop, TV, Apple watch etc. Whereas Apple offered different services as well Apple store, iCloud, iTune, iBook and many more in the market. Due to this, the company has generated of US $ 229.234 billion as revenues. It has employed over 123,000 employees which contributes maximum in assisting company to provide products and services to their targeted customers (Brisson-Banks, 2010).

Samsung Group:
It is South Korean Multinational company which is situated is Samsung Town, Seoul. Samsung group was founded in the year 1938 by Lee Byung-Chul from trading company. An organisation has engaged in providing multiple number of products which includes electronic items, home appliances, apparel etc. due to which the company has generated of US$ 305 billion as revenue. It has employed more than 489000 employees which are always ready to support company to recover from any complex situations.
In order to deal with different changes, both the companies adopt different strategies in order to operate business operations more effectively. Implementation of advanced technologies, adding features, setting up an effective pricing strategies will help company in producing quality products and services so as to attract large number of customers.
