Task-
You are working as a senior marketing consultant in H&M and it has been asked from you to develop a product in order to enter a new market. Produce a report by answering the below mentioned questions-
- Suggest any product or service and a country as well and then do a macro environmental analysis (PESTLE) and also what are the opportunities and threats that the client can face within the market of the recommended country
- Do the critical assessment of the three modes of market entry which suits the client. Do recommend any one option with proper justifications
