Imperial Hotel of London is a famous international brand which is a 4-star hotel. Thus as a result they can easily enhance their operations and techniques in an effective and efficient manner. It is located in London and delivers services to tourist guests and business who have high expectations related to services. This hotel has a good brand image. In this case hotel focuses on enhancing the satisfaction level of all people. This hotel delivers many services such as restaurants & bars, 500 bedrooms, swimming pool, leisure room etc. Thus they can easily satisfy all people in an effective and efficient manner. It has staff of around 450 staff members, 6 head departments and cleaning contractors through which it can deliver efficient services to all people. It helps in enhancing the satisfaction level of all people.
Workers focus on success of company. Manager of Imperial London faces many issues and problems such as leadership, management, high staff turnover, inefficient system and lack of operating procedures. It can affect the profitability and thus hampers the processes and methods of Imperial hotel. Many disputes arise and conflicts occur between all the departments. Staff members cannot delver the effective and efficient services to all staff members. Hence manager cannot manage all activities and cannot deliver efficient services to staff members. There is miscommunication between workers and thus wrong information is delivered to staff members. Hence as a result there is reduction in revenues of the company (Gattorna, 2017).
Company faces the problem of staff members. It has selected staff members but they are leaving the job. Thus as a result they cannot recruit some staff members and they work only for 6 months. If hotel cannot recruit staff members then this firm organises interview and select many staff members for the Imperial Hotel.
Imperial hotel is working with the Spanish staff members. Other room attendants are dissatisfied as non cooperative and they both cannot work together. Standard of in staff members is not good. Thus standard system is established so that company can easily evaluate the standards of serviced room. Hence as a result they cannot perform better. Thus the Spanish staff members always rank more than the in house staff. In house staff members do not come regularly and thus company have pressure on housekeeping budget (Haddow, Bullock and Coppola, 2017).
There are complains regarding from many guests regarding cleanliness level in hotels Housekeeping staff members generally become very rude to customers. Thus as a result full time workers have poor motivation levels. There is also a problem and issue of cleanlinesses of kitchen. Thus the Imperial hotel cannot maintain good image in minds of all people. Hence they have to create many plans and policies so that they can earn more revenues and can enhance market share.
